    2. Heal your mind heal your pain shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased services in case of any flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any other causes beyond our control.

    2. Estimated service Time is the approximate 10 – 12 days to deliver the items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, heal your mind heal your pain shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
    3. In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However, if there is any shortfall in delivery or the items received, heal your mind heal your pain services will further investigate the matter and revert with an amicable solution within 10 working days, which includes full replacement or refund depending on the result of such an investigation. Decision made by healyourmindhealyourpain shall not be subject to scrutiny of any kind and shall be final & binding.
    4. After mutual agreement of refund of payment, heal your mind heal your pain shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of mutual agreement.
